Wife and I spent some time at the range before our concealed carry class with her new "Aqua" SCCY 9 mm.  We both shot well, and it helped get rid of some of the stress we were having about the class.

Short and sweet blog update.  Loving this inexpensive 9mm.  Both shoot great!  Not sure how many rounds we have shot now with no jams or misfires!

December Weekend.

We had our department Christmas dinner on Friday at Popeyes in St. Rose, IL.  It is always great to get together with the guys and their wives outside of work.  This was the third Christmas in a row we have went here for dinner.  I have to have their prime rib and baked potato, and of course was it down with a couple Blue Moon on draft.

It is an expensive night out, but it is delicious.  Plus it is nice to have a night out without the kids.

Over the weekend we took the kids to see "The Good Dinosaur."  The wife and I both agreed it was a great family movie, and had a great point.  We all  thoroughly enjoyed the movie, and the time together.

Return...Maybe

I seem to never be able to keep this blogging thing going.  I really want to so I can keep a "scrapbook" of our life.  Things just always seem to get to busy, and I don't have time to sit down and blog about my day.

A lot has changed since our last post.  Jackson has been born, and now getting ready to turn 4.  Haley is already 7.  Both are in school.  Rachel has decided to start working again and this time at the hospital doing registration.  I have been with the Hospital for almost 5 years.

IT Christmas dinner tonight at Popeyes in St. Rose, IL.  Prime Rib, and Blue Moon!

Hell Week

This week has been Hell, and it can be over anytime soon. We have been crazy busy at work, and with big problems. Then found water leaking into my basement this morning before leaving for work.

Oh well. Tomorrow is Friday. Hopefully the weekend will bring some relaxation.

Slacker

Once again I find myself slacking at blogging. So what do I do, start another blog.

So yesterday I felt fat and miserable all day long. By the end of the day I was ready to make a life change. Nothing to dramatic so I have a chance a sticking to it. But something to maybe help loose a few pounds, and become a little healthier. So I started http://www.c25k.com/, this morning.

Family update:
Life is great. Our little girl is not so little anymore, she turns 3 on Friday. Not only that we are expecting number 2, and ITS A BOY! Jackson Lee will be his name.

I will be trying to update more on here, and start with updates about my C25K journey.
